In February ... there were app. 10 people in the main office ... which is in Encinitas, California, just north of San Diego. They have 3 people in the Chatsworth (or Northridge) office, which is IR. It is a corporation. I know they have added people for sales ... I think John Baker has been there more recently. John, can you help me out here?

> Where is the HQ? How big is the sales team. Is this a venture capital outfit .... a corporation? Again where is there? What did you see and discuss? <

Sales team is led by the CEO, Don Cameron. My take is that most of the *current* clients were brought in by him. Since then, they have opened sales offices in several cities ... including Washington, DC I believe. I am not sure whether these sales offices are manned by employees or by "reps". There is at least one inside sales person, 'cuz I've referred several potential clients to her.

Stated structure is a corporation, originally incorporated in Canada, but switched to Delaware within the past two years. No significant VC backing to my knowledge ... at least not in the past year or so. All bootstrap. HQ is in Encinitas, California, a bedroom community of San Diego -- which is a hotbed of telecomm development.

Where are you located?
