Justa, Check out the same chart with KLAC added. IMO, KLAC tracks AMAT closer than any other stock. During this period however, it has woefully underperformed AMAT. MO again is that at the beginning of this particular timeframe, KLAC was trading at a significant premium to AMAT, hence the wide divergence. I would probably look at the two using different time horizons since this does not accurately reflect the symbiotic relationship the two have historically had. exchange2000.com BK
