Maybe. But when i read that SBC was going acquire another RBOC, I was "hoping" it would be USW instead of AIT. Same with FRO. I have owned SNG, which is being bot by SBC, and own FRO and CSN (Cinci Bell) along with USW because they are smaller companies, with good potential on their own, that are likely takeover candidates in the rapidly consolidating telco sector. A takeover would accelerate the appreciation in the stock that i envision. I also own MCIC as a way of owning WCOM, having bot MCIC after the merger announcement to get the additional premium from the conversion. larrrrry
