TSIS: rumor being emailed to TSIS stockholders - can anyone verify/deny/backup these rumors? I received it this morning and I can't figure out who the person who sent it to me is, specifically why I got it (aside from the fact that I hold the stock), or the veracity of the claims. I am concerned that it is a P&D scheme for people looking to get in and out fast. Since I plan to hold long, I'm not so concerned, but if this rumor causes a big runup, I'd like to try and take advantage... Anybody have any insight whatsoever? Hi, I am a shareholder of TSIS and yesterday I received an email from the Waaco Kid. In this email was a rumor about TSIS. I thought I would forward it to you because..well..I'm not actually sure what to do with it. I don't know if it is something that should be posted or not. Interactive Telesis (TSIS), 5/8, is the subject of a new rumor-be sure to regard this as such. One of Waaco's co-editors writes that: "I don't know if it's true, but a guy who used to sell stock for TSIS called me Thursday, and told me that he had heard that there was an offer from Lucent to buy out TSIS. I don't know if this is true. I bought my stock from this person when they were still selling [stock]at the company. He also said that they were going to turn the first offer down, to see if they could get more money, but I can't tell you anything more than that this is a rumor." TSIS has not been asked to comment on this rumor as yet.
