Forest, I agree that the information should be available. I believe that it will be as soon as the filings go online. I also think that if this was still an 8.5MM company with twice the number of outstanding shares that there would be a problem. The balance sheet that was released HAS to be audited. Even the pro forma from 1998 to 1999 is conservative given the sector's average 5 year growth rate of 38.03 percent.

At 50MM shares, the share count since November has grown by about 240 percent. The gross revenue per the release, however, should be an increase of about 940 percent, without the financing division, the workman's comp, or the MD show. Although the net income as given by the release shows a projected increase in income of only 200 percent, I believe that it will be much more, especially given the above mentioned factors which were left out.

Again, I also would like to see an accounting for the shares, but I truly believe that the growth that has come with the dilution far outweighs the negative aspects.
