Angela, Thanks for explaining this to me and the thread. Just from your answer I think you can see why a lot of us have believed this was or still is a scam operation. The people who have money invested in NIAR need to have someone to clear this matter up, and I don't think it will come from NIAR or Stone. How do we know that we will get the stock and dividend that we were promised ? Since it was announced on the NIAR webpage, look at what has happened to the price of IRAE. If you were not involved with Joey , then what conclusion would you come to as to the honesty of both NIAR and IRAE. I will believe it is not a scam when we get the promises fulfilled. In the meantime, I will still keep talking to the fine people in Florida. Regards and thanks again, Ken Moss
