Forest, for what end? Serious legal hassles? And right after acquiring Myriad, right before MD goes into production? What if the MD show is a success, and competes well? I just don't agree with that scenario. There's too much reward vs. the risk for the scenario to play out. For example: ASGN, On Assignment inc. is trading at a PE of 40. It's trailing revenue is 113MM with 9MM in income. Granted, it's O/S count is only 11.2MM, but it's market cap is 371MM. That ratio would put FAMH with trailing earnings of 2.2MM and 50MM shares O/S at $1.75, or with the projected income for '98 per the release(not including the financing division, workman's comp, MD show) of 4.8MM which is their current core business the share price would be $3.84. This is why I'm still in the stock.

Jin.
