Forest, it is a material fact that was stated in a press release as well as several times at different CC's, which includes third parties, namely the principals of Myriad and the IRS. I do not think that it is a lie. I'm not arguing about the principles of accountablity regarding the share count and other issues. I think that all this will be taken care of. The thread( although it becomes more and more like a derivative of unnamed "cafe's" ) and the shareholders have voiced their opinions. Let's see what happens. Jin.
