News is great for ESVS. Hope it does not pick NETZ's bones, and leave it in the dust, although that would be such an outrageous, predatory move that highly unlikely. Barring that, all of this is great for the investors of NETZ/ESVS.

Minor, subtle point, but the following doesn't make sense. And, I'm afraid, it follows the pattern of over-statement that has plagued NETZ:

"Mr. Rienzo brings the valuable experience he gained as the Principal Software Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he was the lead engineer for a product which provides full-motion video from a special-purpose video server over a LAN."

Now, was Mr. Rienzo really THE principal software engineer at DEC? Or was he the principal software engineer on this particular product?

I'd guess the latter, based on the entire context.
