The source, for me, was an unsolicited email from a fellow investor who "trusted" me (since I don't know this person, I don't know why they chose me). They received it in a newsletter from the Waaco Kid - for whatever that's worth....

I heard it from capmark@idt.net, they got it from a co-editor, who got it from the guy that sold him his stock in tsis..This guy is the guy that sold him his stock that was at the time working for the Co. when thay were selling stock thru the Co. He was also told that tsis were going to turn the first offer down, to see if they could get more money....REMENBER ALL THIS IS RUMOR....
