I have just had an interesting conversation with someone. MM may be trying to keep the price below $1.50 because he may have noteholders converting at $1.50 from note to equity. Explains the bizarre action this morning and the atrocious spread at times.

For example 1.34 by 1.50 at 10:39, a 13,500 buy at 1.50 at 10:39, 300 sale at 1.34 at 10:46, a 90,300 sale at 1.34 at 10:48, and a bet you the ask moves through the $1.50 fairly soon......
