One good thing: The company is still undervalued even if the share count is now 53MM (.045 eps using '97 numbers). Furthermore, it is highly likely that the new purchases made with those new shares will increase the eps for '98.

Yep. People are beginning to see that the EMPEROR HAS NO CLOTHES. Stock should revisit the .20s before long.

Too many shares and no audited earnings as promised. You cannot fool all of the people over and over again.
