Lisa,

*T-OT*

We get tired of trying to think... too difficult..

I also would rather let the gal loose and know that she likes the present.. plus I hate window shopping for 3 hrs looking at all the expensive jewelry..

Maybe thats why I still play with my crappy set of golf clubs.. too many jewelry trips?

Try and tell me you wouldnt rather pick your own gift out.. havent met many that would.

Did anyone see that asteroid movie? I havent but am thinking about it...

Love popcorn at the movies.. and yougrt pretzels.. yummmmmmmmm

Mother's Day

The 8 year old made her breakfast, with a little help from me.

I was reminded of that when I was reading the Sunday comics. It showed a boy giving his mother breakfast in bed over the years, a big meal when he was 5, slightly smaller when he was 8 and so on until he was 15. When he was 15 he brought her 2 boxes of Pop-Tarts and asked

"Plain or Frosted?"

lisa --- I just have to jump into this Mother's Day report thingy ---

yesterday, gave my sister and sister-in-law cards, and MY mom got a special card --- with 3 more phone cards inside with flowers on them!!! I might as well give her some flowers that she can really use, right??? Oh, I've got 2 more gifts to take to her.....but I have to catch her at her garden. Long story.

And I also gave a card to the "mom" of "The Rud" family --- but that was on Saturday night......she gave me a big hug in return. Now, that was special, indeed.

mailing a Mother's Day card today --- it's for my Grandmother....
