Is it still possible to stop the launch of Windows 98? Or is it all done ? I heard on CNBC this morning when Mark Haines mentioned that TEXAS is filing a lawsuit against MSFT which might interrupt or hamper launching of Windows 98. I thought after Friday's decision launch of Windows 98 was inevitable!!!

Thanks

I agree,DOJ will not stop Win98

It is too late for the shipment of Win98 to be prevented,we are only days away from shipment of the OEM version for new PCs.Also, the bad news has already been factored in,the downside is minimal and the upside can be +-$100.MSFT is one of the few stocks that portfolio managers would jump on as a bargain during this pullback.
