As far as I know, they do NOT stop BB stocks from trading on news pending.

TSIS is just experiencing a low volume of activity from speculators right now. We may drift a little lower or higher until the much anticipated news hits. IMHO, if trading were to halt on TSIS, the ODDS are highly in the favor of it being GOOD NEWS.
