Who said life is fair?????? Very sad the world is in such a mess but that seems to be how the pendulum swings,the strong gets to call the shots. JPR: You got it,excellent point. I belive India wants to be in the 'nuclear club' as it looks like is the only way to get a permanent seat in Security Council these days and also this may be one of the best ways to put Pakistan and China on notice if case they are thinking about any 'funny business'.
