Good Morning, Lurker Post received via e-mail
-------------------------------------------------------------
To GJC - Thank you for keeping this door to CVIA shareholders open.

I am wondering why someone would invest $1,000,000 in this company and if the price remained the same only get 70% of their money back? I all feel the price will drop with the Reg S news and usually post split fall again. So why would someone invest to get a 70% return on the post split bid price? Do you think they are expecting the merger (or buy out, or what ever they are calling it today) and acquisitions with profits to rise the share price enough to cover the 30% and more?

Thanks GJC - nonmember
