Hi Rich,
I think the scenario you described is for the Nasdaq small cap section (4 dollars or more for 30days). We know DGIV already qualifies for that. As Rocketman put it: it is a slamdunk (for the small cap section).
However, I was describing the requirements for the NAsdaq BIG BOARD, which is where DGIV wants to be. My point is that Mr. Chin will make sure we get there! The news we should be getting this week will take us there, IMO
