I think the MMs are stealing the stock. I also know that one of the MMs has a client who is an MUCP bondholder who will convert to equity at $1.50 which explains the resistance at that point. I do not think they can hold it down for too long....... You could use MUCP's action today for a MM 101 course...... MMs may realise the 8K should hit Wednesday and then MUCP can stick it on their web site. 10Q also due this week. Plus once that bond holder converts MUCP will be out of registration pretty quick and can get some other announcements out.
