Chelmsford is the old Apollo HQ.

You guys moved the last of your workstation personnel from Chelmsford to Fort Collins last year. The embedded people are probably just leftovers, so it made sense to sell to Celestica. HP and Celestica are currently building several new buildings on 200 acres across the street from the new 100 acre Symbios site under construction.

You might recall that HP paid $500m for Apollo and the price seemed high at the time. Adaptec paid $770m for Symbios. The market cap of Wind River is $950m. Is it really worth more than Apollo and Symbios?
