For MUCP holders.. 8K should be out by Wednesday detailing AIME deal. 10Q (for 31st March) should be out by Friday, also giving some AIME deal details as a post quarter end event. AIME deal details. $1,500,000 cash, $3,500,000 in AIME stock. Total deal $5,000,000 divided by 16.2 million shares equals 31 cents a share in revenue. Keppell deal, $5,500,000 divided by shares equals 34 cents a share in revenue. MUCP are going to move to NASDAQ small cap asap. MUCP total costs for FY 98, ending 30th June will be circa $1.75million. Revenues will be circa $5,102,000, leaving earnings of $3,352,000 divided by 16.2 million shares equals 21 cents a share. If Far East deal is signed before 30th June 1998, earnings per share will be 55 cents. Loss per share for FY 97 was 13 cents.
