People ... this is just a rumor!!! The stock is down because it is down (profound, I know). It has nothing to do with the rumor. This totally unsubstantiated rumor started over the weekend. No one bought the stock because of this rumor, and if people are selling ... they are selling because they are taking profits, want to put their money elsewhere, haven't seen news, are bored, are stupid, whatever!!! But I really don't believe it has anything to do with this Lucent rumor. I, for one, believe this rumor to be totally false. Perhaps someone was hoping to spike the price up on the rumor for a quick kill. I am sure that TSIS will be a great buy down the road, but it is probably still a little early.
