NEW YORK, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink, www.pnlk.com, (OTC Bulletin
Board: PNLK - news), the world's largest Webtool (SM) specializing in global trade
and Royal Impressions, one of the most advanced digital printing facilities in New York,
have joined forces to offer ProNetLink members on-line digital printing services.

Royal Impressions is on the cutting edge of the "distribute and print concept" which
allows companies from around the world the opportunity to send their digital printing
files over the Internet directly to New York where they are then sent to digital four color
presses that use lasers to make printing plates. This system removes the need for film.
This state-of-the-art technology dramatically changes the way printing is produced. For
example, a company in China can now send a digital file to New York over the Internet
using Royal Impressions' file transfer software. The job is printed in the USA and then
can be mailed to potential clients throughout the country without the hassle of shipping,
duty charges or custom regulations. Royal Impressions is currently working on a system
that will take files from US companies and link them to a network of printers throughout
the world for "distribute and print" opportunities on a worldwide basis.

"The new digital printing systems that we have installed will completely change the
printing industry by allowing companies from all over the world to efficiently distribute
printed material" said Christopher DeSantis, President of Royal Impressions, "We look
at ProNetLink as the hub of international trade and our global printing systems fit in
perfectly with their long term plans."

Royal Impressions runs its printing operation from a 25,000 sq. ft. facility located in
midtown Manhattan. Working with ProNetLink they have developed a service that
seamlessly integrates with the ProNetLink "Webtool." By using the system, PNL
members will be able to submit job specifications and track their orders.

The service will interface with ProNetLinks member database making it easy to place
orders and make payments. The Royal Impressions system runs on an advanced
Internet server hub connected to T1 service.

Their Heidelberg Quickmaster DI digital four color presses are designed for filmless
printing on jobs with as few as 5.00 pieces making it very cost effective. Royal
Impressions was also one of the first companies to own a Xerox 6180 DocuTech which
offers variable data printing. The 6,180 prints one-to-one customized documents at the
speed of 180 pages per minute which makes it ideal for direct mail projects. In total
Royal Impressions can produce over 50,000 pages an hour.

The Royal Impressions client list includes; Chase, Prudential, Oppenheimer and The
New York Times. At the recent On-Demand Printing Show at the Jacob Javits
Convention Center, Royal Impressions was singled out during the Keynote address as
being a leader in the world of Digital On-Demand printing.

"We are very excited about the alliance between Royal and ProNetLink," said Jean
Pierre Collardeau CEO of ProNetLink, "we are confident that our members will take
advantage of this Internet printing system and we expect to have it on-line within four
weeks."

Through ProNetLink's worldwide database of 1.7 million companies, members can
locate manufacturers or buyers, send immediate requests for quotes, generate all the
international paperwork required to carry out a transaction, produce inter-business
communications, determine trade tariffs and rules, find up-to-the minute exchange rates,
and even arrange financing. ProNetLink has developed banking relationships designed
to assist the buyer and seller in completing their transactions.

ProNetLink is scheduled to launch by May 15th.
