Sputhead, I basically can confirm what TM has reported. Although I heard that 500,000 shares of AIME stock were part of the deal and that market value may vary based on daily price. AIME apparently has strong backing from Hollinger(NYSE:HLR) that resulted in some $12 million in cash going into their warchest. Combine that with the USW connection in high-speed internet access via ADSL/VDSL, the future is looking mighty bright for AIME, and thus MSU. Regards, Ron
