notice with the last sell they dropped the bid, they were willing to head back up but as long as people show a willingness to sell, they will show a willingness to take the shares. if you sell at these prices for other than financial needs talked about a while back, you are nuts.

Yes, there is a process with the SEC. The SEC is there to protect investors like us. They are on our side. However, with all of the stocks being traded, you can well imagine that they can not sit there and watch every trade. So it is only on occasion that they blow the whistle on these MM shananigans, sort of like an IRS audit.

However, what the SEC does is provide an avenue for us investors to make a formal complaint, and then they make an investigation. They do have a web page that describes the process, don't have the URL right now, but I don't need a web page. I am going to sit down with them personally.

SEC INFO:
OK, folks, here is the URL: WWW.SEC.GOV
When you visit the site you will see at the top the following quote:
"We are the investor's advocate," by the honorable William Douglas, a renouned ealier SEC Chairman.

You will also see a button for "Investor Assistance and Complaints."

When you go there you see:
"Brought to you by the SEC's Office of Investor Education and Assistance, providing investors with the information they need to invest wisely and avoid securities fraud and abuse."

OK, folks we are investors in a company that we believe in. This is our right as Americans, and many have fought and died to preserve this freedom. Will this company succeed in the end? Will we all profit? Nothing is certain in stock investing, we each have to make our own decisions based on what information we can find, and what is provided from the company and through other investors such as this board. I have made my decision to invest, in fact, accumulate DGIV.

In the end it will not matter what the MMs do. We have been telling you this. However, I hate to see illegal things going on like artificial stock price manipulation by the MMs to scare us or keep us down.

WE DO NOT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS!

I will be leaving for the rest of the day, to visit the SEC personally. Maybe someone thought I was bluffing.

POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

You can't...Zack, sorry.

Listen, IMHO...this is it guys & gals. This is how the game is played. The SEC does monitor everyone...but they are more than likely, just like every other regulatory government agency, underpaid & understaffed...they'll never be able to completely stop individuals from manipulating the market any more than they will be able to stop insider trading.

Good educational book I bought when I first decided to get into trading..."The Complete Idiot's Guide to Making Money on Wall Street"
No insult intended to anyone...it is the name of the book. <g>
Alpha Books. It's a good book for beginners...not for you pros.

2nd Book..."Den of Thieves" by James B. Stewart. Simon & Schuster. I just wanted to know WHAT I was getting into in advance.

Bottom line...trust what YOU know. Watch DGIV, but make your decisions to buy & sell based on the company, its management and fundamentals... not on fear or greed. This is only my opinion...but I believe DGIV is a sound, long-term investment.

Patricia (checking out of sick-bay for awhile, leaving the Crew in the much capable hands of its Superior Officers.)
