Peter- re. your comments on boundaries in Africa. It was my understanding that, while these boundaries were arbitrarily drawn by the colonial powers, current african governments are afraid to promote changes. The danger of boundary changes is that violent forces could be uncontrollably unleashed all over Africa.

Unfortunately, not many in Africa have a Pentium II PC standing in their homes... Yes, it will take a long time still.
