Well John, my TA is definitely not refined but it seems reasonable in my book. I agree GSM is the technology of now and the future. My company builds chips for several cell phone companies and GSM is the standard to be a part of. Their subscriber rate is climbing nicely, my only concern would be the cost to attain that rate and how much of a drain that would be on them (in terms of cash). They seem to have been responsible with their cash management in the past. I wonder how much of their business comes from commodity type users i.e. those who sign up for a cheap plan and a free phone. I guess as long as they keep up their avg revenue per subscriber. I wonder what kind of incentives a company like Nokia gives to them to sell their phones. Do you know who their handset relationships are with. That should give us some strong clues as to the possible valuation in a buyout.
