That had to do with alleged price fixing by Pillar Point Partners, of which VISX and BEAM had financial agreements. This does not effect SNRS whatsoever... Skane

I think the problems FTC has with Pillar Point Partners is a slight positive for Sunrise. While LTK is not directly competitive with Visx and Summit Technology, it is another example of an equipment manufacture collecting a per-procedure royalty with the equipment they sell to ophthalmologists. This may be taken into account by the FDA Panel that reviews the Sunrise PMA. It would be a stretch to say it will have much impact. This could only become a minus for SNRS if FTC or some other regulatory body comes up with a ruling negatively impacting this method of collecting royalties.
