To All,

I have been thinking about this action with the SEC. I talked to Byron last week about reporting the MM's and was told not to worry. I would like to get the feedback from our resident brokers as to a possible backlash we might get from this.

1. The SEC gets umpteen complaints about DGIV and decide to halt trading so that they can look into the actions.

2. A lot of investors, not knowing what is going on view this as a very bad signal and when trading opens again they start dumping.

3. The MM's take this opportunity of panic selling to drive the price even lower.

While this will not have a bad effect on the very long term it could have a bad effect on new investors as well as loose a lot of people considerable money.

Any thoughts?????????????
