Please confirm that the recent debt offering is for the specific purpose of buying back Dell shares.

Well Jim, at this point I'd have to concede that I'm not exactly sure as to why they issued this debt. (Frankly, I'd rather be fishing with my extra time) But I know enough not to question the strategies of one of the finest run companies around.

Call it blind faith.

Technical analysts spend (waste) so many hours trying to figure out when to buy & sell. All I did was use a Dell 486/66 in '95, thought the machine was great & bought the stock for $4. That's as complicated as it got.

Call it intuition.
