When did they start doing that? I trade penny stocks through them and haven't had to break up my trades into 5000 lots. I've always traded as many shares as I like for the $19.95 price.

E-trade, I don't use them but have spoken to them, will trade an infinite amout of otc:bb stocks for 19.95. Once you get listed then the price changes to what you stated.
