Well, I have to go to the bank and then pick my daughter up from school. Good luck with the SEC, you all, but this is one time where I have to differ from everybody. I would've really preferred not contacting the SEC at this time. The way I figure it, the market forces themselves will take care of the MM's once Jimmy gets back and starts releasing news. If the SEC were going to be contacted, I would've preferred that it be done in the future, when DGIV is no longer a BB stock. I don't know....I used to work for the government....and there are a very bright bunch of people working there....but I just feel a little bit uncomfortable bringing all this to the SEC's attention AT THIS TIME. But then who knows? Hopefully I'll be wrong and because of your actions the SEC will clamp down on the MM's and then the stock will go up TWICE as high next week. We'll see. Mark, What specific MM activities would you suggest be highlighted in the complaint? What specific MM activities are the illegal ones? Which illegal activities, if any, would be the easiest for us to document and for the SEC to investigate ? regards John

Hi all, Just got a chance to catch up on today's happenings. One thing about this thread, when you have that panicky feeling start to set in about the value of your shares, reading what's here sure gets your head back on straight. For now I'm just a passenger on this ship, but would be available for duty in any capacity especially Scarlet's butler <ggg> (imagine holding the warm towel while she finishes her legs) that is, if MOM will me. Otherwise, a few chocolate chip cookies would ease the anxiety <vbg> and see me through the afternoon. To those in the forefront of the battle, lead on!! Victory goes to those who persevere. Chuck
