Mackie, I probably spoke to the same clerk at the filing office as the person who gave you the info. In fact, I have spoken to 3 different offices at the SEC being bounced around from the filings office, to the public review, to Edgar. What you posted, or at least what it implies is not necessarily true.

Why FAMH?

Because the odds are better than not that they will post revenues of at least 80MM this year. Show me anywhere in the sector where there is a company that is pulling in this amount of revenue( and the income for this year ) and trading at such a low multiple. Double the share count and you still won't find one. Believe, I've looked. I just ran a sector screen this morning.

The press releases? How about the one for an additional 33MM annual revenue from Myriad from clients who were sitting on the fence waiting for the tax issue to clear up.

The IRS would have never let the acquisition happen unless they were satisfied to the full that the money, not just the upfront part, would be paid on time and in full, which consequently, indirectly implies and verifies that they must have necessarily looked at FAMH's own tax schedules to forecast their ability to comply.

Jin.
