I guess you could say that I am Implying this relationship.

It is not complicated.
More than likely, from an accounting stand point, the New cash will go to expansion, and Cash from opperation will go to repurchace stock.

But the debt raises cash, and cash is used in each event. Therefore, to me, it is the same thing.
