Undervalued is an understatement. I would think that this 50% number is just the tip of the iceberg! If they can land 2-3 more clients like this in the next year, then the whole thing is going to be worth in excess of $2...
Of course, I don't want to hype...so I'm NOT saying IT IS WORTH that much, just that 2-3 more clients and this baby is going to the moon, ALICE!

At last some factual information to "chew on".

I like your valuation, but the 50% increase is in revenues in 120 days not in EPS. Still calculates to around $1.32 though depending on your calculation of o/s shares.

Continue revenue increases through out the year, and apply a higher PE (number of your choice) and those of us here long term should be VERY happy!

John, I believe the statement says that they expect earnings to increase >50% in the next 120 days. I believe that equates to 195K/MO. The fact that they are gaining new accounts in a significantly increasing manner, this certainly does not preclude them from increasing that figure another 50% or more in the next 120 days etc. After all they are really in their infancy.

To project their annual income at this time is somewhat premature, but it appears to me that the upside is much greater than you just projected.
