I understand some of your points such as "if it weren't for the MM's i would not of gotten DGIV as cheap as I did" or "the stock price will work itself out" and I am not so naive as to believe that notifying the SEC will stop what the MM's do. My reason for informing them is a simple matter of check and balance. Folks investing is a big money game and any time there is big money involved there will be those who abuse their power to fleece those less knowledgeable and steal from those who do not have the power or are unaware they have the power to stop them. My goal is not to prevent the MM's from doing their job but rather to try and make sure they are required to do it according to the same laws you and I have to abide by. I am aware that no matter what they do DGIV will shortly be a 20 dollar stock or better. But by the same token if it were not for the actions of the MM's DGIV stock price would be well over $10 today based solely on the news we have had released in the past few weeks. Now if we were where we should be and Jimmy releases news in the next couple days the price would be higher than that. But because the MM's have kept the price artificially low we will not reach the price we should reach because we will be starting from a lower base.To me that means that they are playing with MY money . Maybe some of you can just sit back and say OH! that wont matter in the long run but that is not my nature. I worked damn hard for a lot of years to earn the money I invest and I wont sit still while someone plays games with it if I can possibly do something to help limit their ability to do it. I truly respect and care about all of you and your right to do what you feel is right for you. I am only doing what is right for me. Sincerely, MARK C.
