TASA Under Accumulation

Ralph,

I have to agree that today was a positive one for TASA's stock. There were more buyers than sellers causing the stock to advance an excess of 10%. The last trade of the day appears to have been 4,000 shares at the ask of $1.3125 ($1 5/16). The day finished strong!

The intraday chart for Friday and today supports your belief that TASA is being accumulated.

tscn.com

This chart indicates that a large sale may have been transacted on Friday. If it were not for this sale perhaps the stock price would have advanced even further.

I do not usually get excited about any short term advance or decline in TASA's stock price as it has exhibited the propensity to make large percentage swings in both directions. The long term trend is a better indicator. Up, up and away!

Regards,

Tom

TASA Technical Analysis (TA)

Ralph,

I requested and received some fantastic TA on TASA from a guru in this specialty. My level of respect and admiration for Mark's TA ability is very high. His short term projections are extremely accurate.

Here are the highlights of his TA for TASA:

1) "TASA was due for a pop! The technical term for this current rally is 'HV Thrust'. Translation according to Mark - the 6 to 10 day historical volatility was 50% under the 100 day volatility indicating a move to the upside as confirmed by the largest range expansion in the past 10 days."

2) "The recent move is pegged to lose steam in the $1.75 - $1.87 area as there are about 3 million shares of overhead there. True present volume, the 3 day = 91,966, compared to the 20 day at 60,200. TASA will need a long period of strong volume to take out that area."

3) "The 3 million shares does not appear to be the only overhead on the stock." If this area is ever broken the next level "looks like a battlefield between 2.50-3.00." Bottom line, "Too much overhead for Mark."

It will be very interesting to watch the above unfold. I am sure that we will all learn from this exercise.

Thanks Mark!

Regards,

Tom
