are you then saying that they are attempting to keep the price down by creating weak promo? that makes no sense because they have no cash now, uncertain when they can get kaz money, and may have to go to the market for a small equity financing/rights issue and dilute the stock! I agree they can do a hype job when they want to and for sure will, but the price being this low is seriously hurting their business plan now(they are actually slowing down work in mongolia as cash is tight. They mat get the .40 stock in oct but i can't see the 2.00. where is the company going to get the cash? i think this is a long haul in kaz. Further i doubt they sell the gold for cash because little work has been done on any of them, and much better properties are available very cheap now. I don't understand what is taking the spinoff so long. it is just another thing that looks bad on the firm, especially when they say nothing. At least things will get clearer in the next couple of months as they have to clean up for the agm.
