Byron, I spoke with Roger Templeton today, trying to gather more facts about DGIV. He said that Jimmy Chen wouldn't be back in the states until Thurs. of this week. I, too am bullish on the long term prospects of this company, but am having a hard time completing DD in this company. Anybody out there with estimates for '98 revenues, profit margins, and estimated earnings? I have a decent amount invested here, but will likely let this picture develop a little before commiting too much more here. Good luck all! Mark

Boy I just started to read. Till I read all the post I will not say any more. On my last post what I meant was I'm dam tired of the people trying to drive people away from DGIV.I have put a lot of money in this stock. 600,000 sh I'm going to be here YEARS FROM KNOW.. I'm tired of that ??? D________ As--. making all his SMART remarks. So if I can be of help to the group I will be there. BUT I"M READY TO TANGLE WITH OUR Smart AS? Ho??
