Jim,

I wondered about that comment in previous years' reports.

European accounting rules would require the company to hold a special meeting if their book value had dropped to less than 50% of the paid-in capital. Trinity's book value is higher than this, thus no special meeting.

You can thank Robert Long for explaining this bit of trivia, back in post #465. Long-time posters may remember the Longs as our PR firm, twice removed.
