I was pretty sure of that as well. I've certainly posted to that effect in the past. There were 593,528 "first subscription shares" and 185,094 "second subscription shares". I thought that only the "first subscription shares" were in dispute.

However, on digging through SLF's old filings, I find that they were disputing the ownership of all 778,622 shares. It is 80% of this amount that Trinity kept, in addition to the 21,000 they bought on the market. If there is another chunk of shares, it hasn't been listed in the SEC statements.

This is all IMO. I guess the only way we'll know for sure is to wait for some more filings.
