TSIS is now 60x63...might be getting ready to move on news released today. Looks like a potential gapper in the morning, IMO.

COO Writes;
Greetings from a long hiatus -- I have been unable to post because we are, honestly,
extremely busy.

Some of our goals this year - certainly this summer - are to diligently develop the
business of the Company, and to boost Company awareness. We are already achieving
these goals.

We have been able to gain media exposure in the Wall Street Journal (twice) and ABC
Nightline - who called us "a pioneer in Internet Gambling." Moreover, in the midst of a
story with a controversial slant, Starnet's operations were described as "reputable."

We are reputable because, although our industry has yet to implement
self-regulation:

- We are a FULLY REPORTING publicly traded US company.
- Our software is one of few (if not the only) designed to ACTIVELY exclude itself
from an illegal American Internet wagering market.
- We have established alliances with reputable, real-world
entities...Hialeah Park Race Course (73 years old), the Ontario Jockey Club (117 years
old), etc.

With a "snowball effect," our credibility will continue to win us further national exposure
and business. We have further coverage pending with Fox News Specials, MSNBC,
and CNNfn. Furthermore, we are in discussions with several prospective Softec
licensees and top-tier pari-mutuel operations - of which successful alliances will be duly
announced. Remember - each of our alliances are based principally on revenue sharing.
To address the the backlog of almost 200 inquiries being made about Softec systems,
we are in the process of hiring on an entire Softec sales team.

National media exposure and partnerships with established industry allies will create a
reputation for Starnet which is beyond reproach.

More exposure, more credibility, more business development, thus hopefully more
revenues. But remember: the whole cycle starts with our Company's mandate to stand
out as established experts in Internet entertainment...in what may someday be a $20
billion market.

We're here to stay. Our numbers may one day speak for themselves. Please do not
allow yourself to make decisions under the spectres of fear and hearsay. We are a
REAL company with almost 140 employees---please come to our 20,000 square foot
HQ in Vancouver and visit us. Any shareholder would be impressed.

Warmest regards,

STARNET COMMUNICATIONS INTERNATIONAL INC.
