The major difference between OTC and NASDAQ in trading. OTC: trading prices base on negotiation NASDAQ: Trading prices base on "first come first service" Base on this difference, you know how MMs manipulate DGIV. But for the past 2~3 months, we all enjoying the great appreication of this stock even under MM's manipulation. we have to focus on the outcome when we take an action. Mark C are right in regard to ethnical, but we may be wrong in regards to war/battle tactics. I understand Mark C.'s flustuation. But we can pick a right time to damage MM. Let DGIV make another rise, then we all claim our certificate at the same time(a pulse). This is the easier way to make DGIV shoot the sky. this may be the best step we can control. Do something we can control.
