Paul, FWIW I believe we have seen results from 3 of the 5 BD holes not 2. We have seen info from holes #1,4 and 5. Also from what I understand they are continuing to work on the BD material including possible retests of some of the previous holes. Also I am sure the company is being diligent in releasing information when it is confirmed information and not hype and speculation as in the past. Henry

Paul, is the 48 hour rule applicable to OTC BB listed stocks? IMO, Naxos is making an effort to issue NR's as news developes compared to the past. I wouldn't expect any updates on the ASC hearings unless the affair is going in the company's favour. I don't think any mention has been made so far in the latest releases, but could be wrong, which wouldn't be the first time ;-). Once the hearings are over, I believe we can expect a statement from Naxos, might not even be kosher for them to make any comments in the mean time. Just my thoughts.
