....THE TRUTH....D & B can actually get in the way of doing business. If a report is inaccurate, the inquiring company may never make contact, and lost business results.

.....The new business contacts are all important, and the key to the success of the businesses using this service. The ability to use key words, to find new suppliers is much more helpful than having the services of D & B. We usually work with letters of credit, not open accounts, for overseas customers. This problem has been blown out of all proportion.
