Hi PeteK. My point is that if Pierre believes there is concern for Pyng shareholders because there has been "insider trading",then he should be equally concerned when insider trading takes place on "ANY" VSE stock. This being the case Pierre would not hold stock in "ANY" VSE listed stock, because from time to time all insiders sell at one time or another!!

Pierre's point was to draw attention to a meaningless sell off by a director, for very obvious reasons.
