You are right about the price. I had to hold my nose. Buying this stock at this price requires an element of faith, faith that Intel will decide that its next major growth area is in low power chips for cell phones and network computers. If it works out, you make a bunch of money. So it's not for recommendation to family members, etc.

On its price all I can say is that it has 25% more trailing revenue than Rambus and half the market capitalization. But it doesn't likely have the market potential of Rambus either.

If it goes below $35, I'll double up. At that point it will trade at about 9 to 10 times trailing revenue.
