They have one main competitor (can't remember the name offhand), but they offer a less desirable product that is not cost effective, comparably speaking. IR could give you more info if you call directly.

Their only real competitor is Shareholder Direct... they work with 1st Chicago in obtaining clients and have IBM and KODAK as well as about 100 others BUT they are about 50% higher in price in most cases... someone else did some searching and posted more info on this company if you go back and read the threads... hope this isn't considered hype... (still can't figure out why my posts were considered hype..lots of posts today giving price projections that are way up there.. i did quite a bit of DD and shared alot of new info imo.. but whatever... no need to respond to this publicly.. just thinkin out loud blah blah blah.. etc...) have all my shares of TSIS and am very comfortable w/ my position here. jim :)
