If you look at his expectations (most cases a couple of dollars), he sure wasn't offering much to the upside. Wonder how many people see an upgrade and buy without looking at how much of an upgrade they were given?

Lately, it seems the best time to short(in most cases) is on a upgrade and buy on the downgrade. :-)

I believe the analyst's are there to churn money.

Greg, the only problem is that those stock initiated a "shoting star" of various degres e.g classic reversal patern. <ggg>

This patern is a result of a capitulation of the shorts and disbelief of the long - e.g. after the shorts covered, no buyers arised.
