I am nervous about an over reaction to this DOJ crap... I truly expect MSFT to settle, but I want to have the cash ready to buy 2000 shares at the possible lower price...

MSFTs pattern is to go down on profit taking and up on value buyers. I do love the gaps up, and it gaps up more than it gaps down, but the press have been relentless (Spotlight WSJ more than most).

Perhaps I am being too cautious. I will admit I wasn't planing on being out of MSFT, but all the other traders here are doing that, so I am feeling additional pressure... Also all the talk here about 80....

I will probably scalp it during the day... What might happen is that I will buy it for a scalp, and the good news will hit... Then I will hang on for the run... That happened in Dec, and I ran it from 123 to 133 in 3 days....That was glorious...
